Here are two of my most recent drawings. I'm continuing to make highly colorful pieces, but for these I wanted to try working in a relatively monochromatic mode. The first was done using colored pencils and pens, while the other was just one colored pencil. It's been interesting to do these and see the resurgence of some mark-making and the application of negative space I mostly haven't used since doing large-scale landscape drawings in grad school.

Just A Girl & Her Dog

My own version of the pastel colored bank in Wrocław, Poland! I made it into a house instead with a smol girl and her dog. 🐕👩💕

Side Note: The building isnt uneven, the paper on my sketchbook is hella crinkled cuz of the watercolor so it looks warped. I couldnt fix it for the beauty shots 🫠

Perspective Cross-Section of the exhibition space. Scale 1:25. I added people as a reference for height and banners, but the objects themselves are still missing. I plan to add them later into my renderings.

Was planning to wake up at 6am to do the project that was due today but woke up at 9am... I tried to finish the drawings (only the plans, elevations etc.) before it was time to go to work.... Aaaand I failed. And even worse I had to work overtime bc we had a lot of people coming in. This is the process till now and I feel so tired but I gotta finish this.....
